Public transport that allows bicycles

    TfL are consulting over the construction of a cable car to take
    pedestrians, cyclists and wheelchair users from one side of the River
    Thames to t'other.

    I hope that the charging structure will be similar to the structure
    for vehicle drivers and their passengers using the Blackwall Tunnel,
    the Woolwich Ferry or the Rotherhithe Tunnel.
