Boris, red light stategy and police cycle training manuals

  1. That's odd. I understand that in Denmark, to avoid the hazards
    (particularly to children) of crossing side roads on a cycle track,
    they changed to merging the track into the roadway somewhat before
    the intersection, to continue as a lane across the intersection.
    This seems just the opposite approach from yours.

    It's the opposite side of the road for a start! :) It's a bypass lane
    for the top of a T-junciton at the side where the side-road isn't!

  3. Their accident rate roughly doubled at the relevant intersections
    when the law first came in, as I recall.
